I have to be there for my family, so I’m going to be offline for a while and might have to abandon this blog entirely if things don't calm down. People are turning on each other and especially at us, even though we employ most of them. Someone threatened to kill my dad last night. The company knew they didn’t have the resources for a rescue, and they had warnings in advance that the operation wasn’t viable, and we’re all mad at the company, so why are my own neighbors threatening to destroy their own source of income???? It doesn’t make sense
Now’s not the time to be turning on each other. We need to protect each other, now more than ever before. I think what we all want is to survive and save Homestead. We just have different ideas on how to do it
Anyways, with how difficult things are getting over here, I’m going to have to abandon this blog for now. Someone has to hold things together, right? Just like with Tumblr, sometimes I get sucked into the Internet and miss out on the world around me. I hope that this wasn’t just brainless posting and reblogging, though. I really want this to have been more than that to you
Maybe when things calm down, I’ll come back. But I dont think it will. I think all of this anger has been here for a long time. The company just exposed it and brought everyone’s real problems to the surface. We all have issues but we dont even know how to start solving them and thats why we need to help each other
We’ll figure this out and make it through this somehow, we always do. We’re strong and we’re a community. We just have to work together like one, and its going to take a lot of hard work to fix what we have broken between us. But I believe in us. I really do. That’s why I’m leaving this blog. I think the effort will be worth it when directed to the right place
I don’t know if anyone reads these, but if my posts have helped you in any way, or if you need to reach me for anything, use my email. I’d love to hear from you, really, if you’re out there and reading this. And if you visit Homestead, come stop by the ranch and ask about me. It’s not always this bad so maybe it’ll be better in the future. If you’ve read my other posts, you’d know that this is a beautiful place and I wish it could’ve stayed that way and I wish I could’ve shown you all more of it. I want it to be that way, so I promise to show you all this stuff in person when you come here. I’ll be like your own personal tour guide! Oh, and I’ll teach you my signature homemade ice cream recipe when I see you. My dad and the kids love it! I’m sure you will, too :p
Anyways. This has been Yui, signing off. Thanks for everything, and I wish we had more time together
hey. read this < !!!!!!!!!
