The rock faces should be self explanatory actually. I don’t need to write a post. My baby daughter is demanding I play farm with her even though we spent all day harvesting vegetables. And it is of the utmost importance to her that the cauliflower be plucked before dawn of winter!!!!! And since her brother refuses to help, since he’s too busy with the neighbors, it seems that I must step in to help her save the farm (We don’t even grow cauliflower??) (Winter doesn’t start in September… We’d have a whole month… Oh sweet child…)
Haha nooo but then we wouldnt have a post. Okay. Basically, the rock faces. I dont know what their deal is. Didn’t have the energy to ask the historian. Tbh I just like them!!!!! Like look at them!!!! Look at these snazzy little guys!!! They get repainted and touched up every so often and I can tell becuase theyre still bright as always. Sometimes people add their own graffiti to the rocks around. It’s a really neat spot. You have to leave through the north exit of town, but it’s not too far away. Go east, don’t take the washes, go through the rocky canyon-y area, and eventually it’ll open out a bit. It’s this small area full of illustrations all over the landforms. Maybe I don’t even want to know the story behind this one! It could ruin the magic…
